How about the 1/16th kit's you already announced Trumpeter? You know the 2 T-72's and M-1 kit's.....

Logical choice as a number of parts from the TK kit is useable.
I will be interesting to see what they spin of from the Pz IV aside from the H and the coming J. Endless possibilities..

A Dicker Max maybe? Or a Kugelblitz? The PE is marked F2, so expect earlier Ausfs at least.
I think the one Panzer IV for me will be all I can manage for now.

I wonder if they will offer a side market of the Porsche suspension? Then,they might think Elefant.

I see just one wee little problem with your prediction : because Porsche designed them both doesn't mean they are the same, they aren't.
