I believe he might be getting confused about the individual track links, which IIRC were previously released alone in a set supposedly for the KV-1/2. Trumpeter [and maybe Zvezda] are the only ones to have done a KV-1 kit in the last decade.

Colin, I noticed this review got a question on Facebook... . No one has answered it yet.
Something like "is it worth buying?". Not sure if that means they didn't actually read the review or if they just didn't get your point of view.

Great review... Bronco seems to be hell-bent on giving as many and as small parts as possible. I'm building the Zrinyi, and I'm seriously considering not getting more Bronco kits.

I'm building this kit now. There are some interesting aspects to putting it together.
I'm really curious about the screen on the rear overhang. Looking at pictures of the screen on KV-1s, real and models, that screen bends down and meets the top of the curved exhaust deflector shield. The kit seems to indicate that it is just flat on the overhang. Wondering what to do about that.
Also, it doesn't really fit inside the frame, and it doesn't seem to stretch across it either. I'm not keen on filing it to fit, not sure how to do that even. I thought about putting a tiny fold in it, which I'm pretty confident about executing, but not sure how it would work if I have to bend it.
Thanks for any feedback, recommendations.
Regards,Phil
