correct me if im wrong but the "IS" Bmp more looks like syrian army with domestic upgrade. In the second pic the watermark looks like General Issam Zaher al-Deen, commander of syrian republicanian guard in Deir ez-Zor.

P.S. The first one says in Arabic "The Nafeth Assad Allah Group", which as far as I know is a Syrian Army special forces group working in a city called "Deir Elzour" in the east of Syria
