Hi all,
I've just finished a Crielmodel's AB 41 resin kits. The markings are from the III° Gruppo Esolorante Corazzato "Nizza Cavalleria" in North Africa during 1942, when it was acting as one of the DAK's recon units.
As usual suggestions/critics/comments are most welcome.
Ciao and happy modelling everybody!!!

Actually they are... I' was a bit lazy so I let Photoshop making the colour correction on its own instead of doing them manually also the camo colour on a normal screen (I'm on my wife's pc now) looks to me a bit yellowish. Tommorrow I'll re-process the pics again...

Fabio,
Great Work! Any pitfalls to beware of with this kit? I have it sitting in my kit closet and it is getting close to the top of the pile.

Hi scoccia
absolutely spot on. The dusty appearance is just like the real thing. Being out here in the desert, I've seen how dust sticks to 4x4's. The tyres are perfect in this regard.
Excellent.
Bella!
Cheers

Guys,
thanks everybody for the nice words!
Adam & John: it was really easy (quite likely the easiest resin kit I've ever put together). The only one thing is that it comes with a counterweight plate moulded with the turret that I chose to remove
Petro: yes they were! "Nizza" and "Monferrato" were the Italian recon units supporting DAK in NA.

I forgot to mention that the kit is almost OOB. The only mods were:
- the main gun: replaced with brass tubing
- the two MGs barrels: replaced with sections of syringe needles
- the aerial: made out of a guitar string
- the exhaust: made out of copper tubing of different diameter and plasticard
- the decals: as usual printed by myself
