Have anyone seen how the add on armour? look like on the meng models Panzerhaubitze 2000, does it look good?
Hope to buy this kit very soon

I to want to purchase this kit Roger! I hope someone will post the pics like the gentleman just did on the Meng T-10M MBT post? Soon to be released kit,want that one too!!

Perfect timing, it came in today.

First impressions - I'm happy.

I'm not an expert on it so can't comment on that but the bolt on armor looks pretty good (I assume this is the main/only difference between the previous kit, which I don't have).

Here's some large photos of the armor. When I first saw it I thought it was rubber/vinyl but it's just a normal sprue that is molded black for some reason (rest of the kit is tan plastic):

Thanks for posting the pics Steve! That bolt on armor looks dang nice to me! Can't wait to see more.

I'm building the Meng T-90a-006 MBT kit and I'm am very impressed with this Meng product! I'm sure the 2000 is just as impressive,can't wait to get mine!

I ordered it from HobbyEasy on the 13th and got it today (and I'm on the east coast of the US). I only selected the standard "air parcel" delivery option (I also ordered the AFV Club 233 along with this kit.)

Just for fun, look at this work with the first kit from Meng Models.

Size of armor panels estimated with photos and the 3D modelling has been required for them.

Very nice work.
