What a waste of a project that was in real life, they should have crammed a 90mm in there.

The box art is a real hoot... "and here's one of me and the missus just as we're getting ready to drive to her sister's place for Thanksgiving. The kids?? They're already inside."

Will watch the Dragon USA Online "DDD" deals and buy that one half price when I can. By the way the M6A1 is on sale today for $34.95, but I prefer the look of the M6.
Cheers,
Christophe
PS : I used to have nothing against DS tracks unless I had a set literally desintegrating, and that's not an uncommon problem if you believe various testimonies on the Internet.

Is there a chance for a 1/72 scale version by DML? (Or anyone, really.)

It's possible they'll be resizing it to braille sometime following on from the upcoming M103 in the scale.

Since it has a new upper hull, did they fix the turret/hull hatch issue?
I assume the tracks are the same as those in the M6A1 kit (i.e. too wide).

I've not seen any comments of the parts fit of this release so I can't really say, but then Dragon didn't fix a similar mistake in their second M013 kit so I can see them doing the same on the M6 series.

I will be doing a build log soon, and can look at this, but I am not aware of the actual issue. Can some one fill me in?
Thanks

From what I've heard something on the back hull gets in the way of the turret bttom if you try to model the latter facing directly forwards.

Yes, this was on M103, but on M6 the turret overhangs front hull hatches in a way that would prevent opening them in real life.

The M10 had a similar problem, and that was real.

I thinking the overhang is a probably a part of the real tanks now, not a bug (same as some other interwar heavies such as the T35) So they probably haven't fixed it.
