I'm looking at Trumpeter's Chally 2 enhanced armor and Tamiya's desertised kit. I'm leaning toward the Trumpeter kit, because of the bar armor. I simply want to build an accurate Challenger oob. Which one should I go for?

I've worked on both offerings and you can't go wrong on either one. They both have exquisite details and go together quite easily. If you're looking into a version closer to a current one than that would be the offering from Trumpeter. And I think a slight edge has to go to Trumpeter for the molding on its bar armor and non skid texture on the turret.

Thanks, Kurt. The bar armor is why I was leaning toward Trumpeter. I may replace it, with some etch or scratch built stuff.
