I wonder if the antenna called "DUKE" replaces the other antenna called "DUKE" too ?

On photos i have ,they use both on the same vehicle but they have take away one of the "old" version and replaced it with one of the "new" version so they have one of each on the veichle...

I'm hope i'm right but on photos i have it looks like that, but maybe one of our american friends here know how it working...
