I don't often post here, but I wanted to share my latest: a Tamiya 1/48 Hetzer in winter whitewash scheme. I painted it in Vallejo and Lifecolor paints in a camo pattern similar to one seen in the German 1945 Tank color plate book from AK Interactive. I chose not to any color modulation, even though I usually modulate my models heavily.
For weathering, I wanted a heavy-worn look. I added layers of Mig Ammo Washable white paint over chipping fluid. The mud was created using Mig Mud mixed with various pigments. More pigments were added as it dried. I then created a wet look with a little Future. I painted the exhaust with Lifecolor, added some streaks and fading with oils, and finally added some splatters.
Enjoy

Nicely done. I especially like the work you did on the wheels.
