I want to take this time to thank Gunnie and Paulo for all their help in making this article com to light. I also want to thank all the members who have proded me into writing this article as small as it may be. This site and it's membership have given me more strenght and feeling of self worth than I have felt in many Years. I have spent many years to myself and because of the world wide web and Armorama I have been able to begin to feel like a whole person again. I started to build models in ernest about five years ago as therapy. It has done a world of good for me. But I have missed teaching and giving back. This site and it's membership have allowed me to start this process. And for this I thank you all.
A special thanks to Staff Jim. I salute you .

hi David,
thank you very much for the article on M-54...it is super and the photos are very good. after reading it I started to think why I didnt build a guntruck or a cargo truck till now and added a Nam era truck in my plans.
you mean a lot for most of us here.you are a good modeler , a good member of Armorama and a good friend. Thanks for being here and for the effort on helping us.
Take care and be safe

Animal ..Great article. I never realized how much went into scratch building. Wow. I am truly amazed at the work you do. Someday I will venture into the land of stock plastic.

Hi Animal,
You don´t have to thanks, I think it´s the main thinking about our comunnity, I mean, help each other, and if you think I helped you, big mistake! You actually helped me! Cos I was crazy about trying to find some guide on how to scratch a M54, I´m waiting to start a small convertion, I´ll make a .50 quad Gun truck on the AFV M35 as base kit (I know it have a whole kit now, but not when I bought it to make one of this....)
So your article is a real source for inspiration, keep them coming!
Besides that, all credits must be done to Jim Lewis (Guntruck) he did all set up for put it on the air..
Thanks Gunnie!
Cheers
