Hello!
New to this forum so I thought I would say hello, and show you a bit of my work.
This is Zvezda's T-34/76 with a set of metal tracks.
The figure is from Dragon, and I made the base from packing foam, and plaster.
The trench sides are constructed from drink stirrers, matches, and kebab skewers.

Nice set up. Reminds me of Cross of Iron or the new movie-1944.

Agree with previous comments, very nice results. The groundwork is pretty convincing. What did you use for the barbed wire??

Looks very good and welcome here.
Cheap and free things work great in dio's.
It all came together very well.
My only issue would be and only a personal opinion is I don't like to see anything extending the base.

Thanks for the welcome and the comments.
I cut the "barbed wire" from the plastic mesh that comes in some Tamiya kits to replicate wire mesh in turret baskets etc.
Its a bit tedious, but you get reasonable effects from it.

Amazing! I've been using the mesh from window screen for years, have mentioned it in other posts re; barbed wire, and you're the first person I can recall who's used plastic mesh. If you can find it, the metal mesh for window screens is easier to use and holds paint better. After cutting a section, I twist it so all the "barbs" point off in different directions which looks pretty realistic. Another source is the mesh bags for fruit & veggies from the grocery.

Looks great, like the dynamic nature of the diorama and the photos are terrific.
One small comment, the soldier is carrying an STG-44 but he's battling a T-34/76? Seems to me a bit incongruous. Might make more sense to have him armed with an earlier war weapon.
I'm sure its possible that the soviets still had some early T-34s running around by 44-45, but I'd think a T-34/85 would make more sense, or the quick fix of a Kar.98 or MP-40 for the soldier. Shucks, even a PPSh41.
