My new nam diorama. First I started as a test how's it looks during the drying of my another dio. But then I have more fun at the moment to build this one.
The materials I used are from a hardware store and originals nature stuff. The figures are from Dragon,DioPark, Verlinden and Maim.
I don't now at the moment what kind of plants I put in the front. Maybe a small tree or high gras. Well see.
Now the figures. Some details at the figures are not finished. The waterbuffalo and the cart are not finished also.

Hi folks. I'm back with some new pictures. The figures and the dio are ready. At the moment I'm working at the coach and the buffalo. With the buffalo I have some problems. I didn't find the right color. Maybe someone have a idea?
Here the new pictures. It's a test where I put the figures.

I like what you did with the vegetation. It really brings out the diorama.

Excellent job! I really am digging the trees! What did you use to make them? Could you do a quick rundown on how they were made? Great work!

Fine looking scene! The trees & jungle vegetation are great. If I may suggest, a bit of splattered mud on the legs/lower body of the buffalo and wheels & lower part of the cart.

Christian,
Incredible Diorama! Please give us the details on how you created the trees and also the great work on the brick walls as well.
Thanks,
Bill

Thanks a lot for your comments
The trees are original bonsai trees. The trees lay for a long time in the cellar. After the complete drying of the trees, I could take away the leaf.
For the new leaf I used dry material from a flowers shop. They are limbs with small flowered looks like leaf. I cut the limbs in small pieces and put them with glue back again to the limbs of the bonsai trees.
After this I airbrushed the limbs and leaf with Tamiya XF 62.
The wall was very easy to build. I used Styrodur, cut it into seperate stones and put them together. Cheap and easy.

The buffalo and the cart are not finished. Mud and pigments I will used for finish. First I need the right colour for the buffalo. The cart I will stow with a lot of crates, weapons, jerrycans and a camouflage net.

Looking good, particularly the vegetation. What did you use for the trees?
