I started modeling for about two years now and I purchased many paints by name instead of color because I was ordering over the phone and catalog.Any help on paints that match the color the colors name.I also purchased books with color chips like model master an humbrol so thta gave me an idea.So now I want to here from the experts.

Most model paint companies will include an FS, ANA, RLM or other specific code number on the bottle next to the "name" of the paint. use these, if they are present, to do future cross referencing.
