Has anyone tried using these markers for detail painting and adding slogans/names to models? I am wondering if they can be used with acrylics. I use a very fine tip ink pen to add crew names and what not and it holds up perfectly to thinners/varnishes/weathering, but I just ran across all of these Sci-Fi Gundam markers on Amazon and am very curious if they can be used.
Thanks,
Dave

I have some at home so I will check for you. I do believe they are acrylic.

For gundam model, people general use them to color the plastic section where you cut it out from the spur. Some expert just empty it into a cup and use it for hand painting.

take note that the tips of gundam markers are not soft like your typical sharpie. It is almost solid and you usually need to press it down on a piece of paper to get the paint going.

I've used this for quite a lot of small detail work on gundams but I have never tried it on AFV since I usually use a fine brush for detail work
