Getting ready to do the base coat on a couple of Swedish AFVs,
Working with acrylics.
How do I get the proper light green. Seems to have a lot of yellow in in and I've seen it posted once that there should be a percentage of yellow in the mix.
Suggestions?
Planning on
Light green
dark green
NATO black
NATO brown

Hrm.. Havn't really painted one but interested to see what you come up with as I have a few swedish kits in the stash.
I paint with Vallejo and just by looking at pictures combining any of these would probably do the trick:
71.095 Pale Green
71.094 Green zinc chrome
71.006 Cam light green
71.116 Cam green
Good luck!

I have original Swedish color chips.
Swedish colors are
Mörkgrön 326 M (Darkgren)
Ljusgrön 322 M (Light Green)
Svart 093 M (Black)
Brun 507 M (Brown)
Ljusgrön is not as light as it`s painted on some model.
I would suggest
-Tamiya XF-67 for Ljusgrön
-Tamiya XF-61 for Mörkgrön
-Tamiya XF-64 for Brun
-Tamiya XF-1 for Svart
