Hi everyone,
My US Ranger Land rover I think is pretty much done.
Haven't weathered it yet. Decals and stowage are Tamiya.
The figures needed very little modifying. They are for a MRAP,but I changed the cammo to something earlier as I don't believe they were used later.

That's very nice. The figures suit it just fine...

Nice built, the vehicle should be in black color, not green.
Only british vehicles are green.
And seats are not the good type, even you have removed the head part.
In the kit seats are only good for a british vehicle (same type than the ones in their W.M.I.K land rover for example).
If you make a US vehicle you should replace them.

It actually is a very ,very dark grey, any darker it would be pure black.I'll try to get an outdoor photo.
By the time I realized the seats were not correct it was to late to remove them.Removing the headrests was the best I could do without destroying what was assembled.

The figures are not really correct for it either, even with the sort-of earlier camo. The uniform cut on those figures is ACU pattern with lower leg and upper arm pockets. The earlier DCU camo did not have these. Also, DCU camo was in 3-colors, not just sand and brown.
DCU camo uniform.
There are issues with how you painted the gear too. It should not be DCU camo. Most of the gear would be medium green (rucksacks, net bags, etc.). Also, the black water cans you have are not US, but British cans.

Advice well taken Gino,as usual.
For my own satisfaction I can easily change the stowage color and the water cans (they were part of the kit).Should have realized, being a "WOLF"in a US kit.
I'll add to the uniform color, but not replace the figures.I don't plan on entering this in anything and anyone seeing it beyond you guys won't know ACU from DCU.Hard to keep up with changing US uniforms.Beyond that,I enjoyed the build.
Still good to learn!
Always a bit better next time.
Thanks for looking.
