Hmmm. From streaking grime, use industrial earth, shadow brown, and or wash brown thinned about the consistency of enamel paint with a good quality turpenoid. Paint irregular lines on the surface of your model. Then, using a brush damp with turpenoid, blend the streaks in. Allow 24 hours to dry, adding several layers. Do the same with Light Mud for rain marks.
Washes- mix about 10 percent wash brown, shadow brown, and or black with 90 percent thinner and apply to raised details
Track wash- using the same colors used for washes, with perhaps a little rust thrown in, apply the mix to tracks using 15 percent paint to 85 percent turpenoid.
