Moved the man cave to the hot garage(so the kids can have a play room ) in northern California San Jose it's like 80 to 90 sometimes out their will I have issues with my paint drying in the bottle in the drawer in summer months?

Get yourself a small fridge and keep your paints in there. I keep my ready earth pastes and other water based pastes in one. Probably wont work for enamels though.. I'm gonna be losing my modeling room to my two sons also, they're still toddlers, so I have a year or two to find a new spot

Have either of you considered building a dog run out back for the kids instead?
If your wives object just tell them they will be able to watch all their shows undisturbed with the little ones outside, which is also good for kids anyway.
