Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a couple of U.S. Marine tank crewmen to man a M1a1 circa 2003. Any suggestions out there? Thanks.

Dismounted/at rest or in "action" (as in the turret)?
http://www.mbltd.info/35131.htmWould work if you can live with the body armors not exactly correct.
Alpine Miniatures has a set that works well.

Both sets are fine since both types of body armor were worn in '03. Pretty much any figures wearing CVC helmets and either IBA or NOMEX CVC vests will work fine. There are lots of options out there.

Looking for a more in action pose. I hear ya about not much being out there. The crew I need to do wear the interceptor vest. Might have to mish mash a crew together. Thanks!

Legend makes two nicely detailed AFV crewmen. Three if you count the driver. I'm not sure what they're wearing as I don't have access to my stash right now, but you could do a search and take a look.
