If I had to hazard a guess, Panhard mantlet with Soviet barrel.

I don't think so, this is the regular Panhard mantlet.

The mantlet is clearly from a BT7 / T26 turret.
The mantlet from Tamiya's BT7 (1935) would fit the bill or one from the T26 offerings from Hobby Boss.
