You did an excellent job transforming the plaster casting into a work that is spookily realistic. The overgrown gives it that eerie feeling. On one patrol I was on in the 1990's we came across some overgrown ruins and between the way they looked and the fact that all sounds became silent while we walked through them made it an uneasy experience. I would get that kind of feeling if I were a 1/35th scale Soldier among these ruins.

Cheers,
James

Thank Guy's for the nice feedback!

Here goes,

Ornaments are made from all kinds of plastic beads and stuff, ,
I got from a Newage shop that sells all thingies to make your own jewelry and oriental items.......got al the Asian looking things i could find,
And made silicone molds from them ......and duplicate them in plaster,
Stuck the plaster copies to a piece of balsa foam that had the shape off the temple,
And from this i made the actual temple wall molds
(I cant find the photos of the wall molds)

Primed with enamel paint and the colors with Vallejo paint
For the green shades i used the excellent slime greens from AK
All done with the airbrush.

The vegetation comes from the garden ,
Leaves stuff are dried herbs.... everything is glued to the base
with woodglue .

And this is how it looks today, also this is my first attempt in making something like this.

No no no.
Don't put military figures with this,I reckon a solitary figure figure of Indiana Jones would be ideal.

Cheers
