It's available for pre-order in a couple of e-shops for $70-78. Not bad, considering what will be stuffed in the box.

Is Rye Field associated with any other company? I just bought the first tiger release and the box is wham and jamin full of parts and now this, I wonder will they come out with a after market kit with interior.

It looks great. Are there any UK stockists for Rye Field?
I love half-tracks and Tiger tanks. And Lancaster bombers. I model to please myself not others. I may not be the best of modellers, but I'm happy with what I end up with.

I checked and the only options are Amazon and eBay in the U.K. Otherwise, you'll have to order it from a shop like Plastic Hobby or Obchod.valka.cz in the Czech Rep. or, I guess, Modelbau Koenig in FRG if you want a store in the EU.

bilbobee: no RFM is a stand-alone company. They are not associated with anyone else (at least, not according to my sources, who are actually working with RFM). Of course, now that I said that, someone will come along and correct me. But until then... :-)

Excellent! Now I can get rid of my Academy interior-Tiger!

Waste not, want not. You could always use good ole Academy 1348 to depict a completely demolished Tiger. Plenty o'styrene innards to spread around the diorama to make it look good.

I like Tiger Is up to a point... At heart, I'm a dedicated US/Allied fan. I certainly hope that RYE FIELD isn't going to become one of those companies that devotes themselves strictly to WWII German subjects, specifically Tiger Is. There ARE other subjects out there that need to be addressed...

I totally agree; a full-interior Sherman is long overdue here!

I too would to love to see a M4 or Panzer3/4 with full interior detail like AFV club did with their T34.
