Well, now itīs time to introduce my actual build: Academy M1151 HMMWV EAC with Replikant Technologies NP-Tyres and Life-Resin M-134 Gatling Gun,Life_resin Modern US_Soldier and Legend U.S. Vehicle Crew.
I had the idea, after the Humvees have reached the end of their military life-cycle,PMCs buy them in dozens to reinforce their vehicle rosters. So i thought of a typical american name for a PMC,guarding U.S. Installations in foreign countries....i came up with Omega Sentry.
The basic premise in my mind is a patrol vehicle at a crossroad in a middle-eastern city, near a hotel where workers from a US-Company reside in the year 2021.Iīm still not sure if they encounter a native trespasser or driver or an attacker of some sort....well itīs still time to decide upon that.
First things first, while thinking about this issue, here are the basic setup and the building steps until today well,itīs been going on for only two days,so itīs pretty up-to-date )

Okay, now i know the picture embedding works out
The basic steps were the frame and the axles:
While the frame was drying up,i took on the vehicle body.
And then it was time for the wheels...
...and how they look on the vehicle frame:
While the superglue was drying, some more parts were added to the body:
The roof and the SAG-Turret were started as well:
And to finish off for now a summary of things done:
Okay, now iīm waiting for the things to come....

Thank you for your replies.Iīm kinda happy that you like it so far.
Today i got a little further with the build....actually itīs almost done vehicle-wise...
But letīs look at the current progress:
The Body is almost complete and covered in Tamiya grey primer, the seats and the dashboard are colored (XF-1) but not installed yet. They will be installed with the windows (which are as well colored,Tamiya transparent blue, because i had no transp. green) after the body got itīs paintjob (still not completely sure about the color...).
Another fitting test, just to be completely sure all fits well:
Then i thought about the Theater of Operations for this vehicle...and i came to the conclusion that a battering ram would be needed to be able to clear the streets from barricades or other vehicles... Well, time to get out the Sheets...and Evergreen profiles
And this is how it looks like (just tacked on to see....)
Well, thatīs it for today.I hope you like it (i do,so iīm cool with it anyways )

Okay,i got a little more work done today:
I painted the body overall in a light grey from Tamiya. Before that,i added some detail to the Ram.
After i was okay with the results,it was time for the less than ordinary camo-color
But of course it would be boring for a scene without something else in the picture. So i ordered some additions:
While the colors on the M1151 were drying,i started off with the basic works on the Hilux,Frame and Truck-Bed
The figures are in the works as well, this fella has made the most progress so far (cleaning up the parts is tedious work....)
Thatīs it for now,i hope some of you stay tuned for more....

You are providing good pictures with regular updates and from what I can see are doing a good job here. I will be honest and say I do not like the tyres, but that is a personal viewpoint.

Thank you for your comments,guys
@CMOT:: After iīve seen those tyres in the news here on Armorama,i just had to have them.I like doing thing out of the ordinary and i havenīt seen them used in a build yet.So i had to use them Plus: Theyīre an example of modern engineering (the original Resilient tyres) and high quality casting (the Replikant model tyre)

Well,itīs typical for me that i get sick when it gets down to business with my projects...so i couldnīt do much.I invested some time in the Hilux to do something different from the basic model.
So iīve cut out the driver door....
More than that wasnīt possible these days....except for a fitting test to check the proportions:
The female figure is from MAIM,btw...

I really like the front ram you built on that build. Did you have reference of make it up yourself? No matter as it looks great.
I would love to see more photos of this diorama as you get it done or if it is completed.

Nice plan, and a really great build.. I think those tires are a great fit for a futuristic, what-if type build.. they make the Humvee look the part
