I have a kit of the latest model V-100 armored car. Did it see combat, or was that variant too late?

Do you have a kit # and/or a boxtop pic so we know which one you are talking about?

This version did not see service w/US forces in Vietnam. The earlier version M706 had different front view ports, different turret, and did not have the MG ring at the rear.

And ironically that version came out of lessons learned in Vietnam. But where was this particular model used, and who by? It would be ironic if it never saw battle.

At least there are a few interior parts

On a side note, the Philippine National Police used V-150/LAV-150 armored cars that look visually quite similar (picture from Warwheels.net):

Unfortunately, few interior parts rarely does a kit justice. I have a walkaround I did of one on Coronado Island. The most telling detail not seen in online photos is how the paint has been completely worn away from the the inside of the lower door. Anyway, it's yours for the asking.
