Hi,

Got a Meng AMX-30B in a recent trade and I would love to make a FORAD (french OPFOR equivalent) tank.

I have the old and "not so great" Terre Modèles resin conversion for the AMX-30 FORAD and also a couple of sets of Azimut's ancient AMX-30B2 resin and PE conversion. I also have HobbyBoss late tracks, Phoebus resin late tracks but I understand those late tracks are not always fitted to FORAD tanks.

No expert on those tanks but I believe they are AMX-30B2s so can anyone tell me what would be needed to be changed on the MENG AMX-30B kit? Or is it a waste of time and I should really get Meng's AMX-30B2?

PS : Yes I have seen the FORAD builds (based on Heller kits) on Olivier Carneau's website.

PS2 : And I am aware of Model Miniature's Julie Ludman's spectacular FORAD pictures.
