The scene looks pretty good for a first try. The water effects look good. My only suggestion would be to give the boat a bit more grimy & grubby look,, seems a bit too clean.

The canopy tarp looks nice and the figures look great. I like the water as well. I agree it needs to be dirtied up. Mud and sand will be tracked in and around this thing. I'd also dirty up the anchor rope and the cordage for the bumper tires. You may want to drybrush those .50 cals a bit too. I'd tone down the silver on the M60.
