I recently bought the SKP lenses for the Humvee and just got them in the mail. I am upset because the headlight lenses are yellowed. I read a post a while back that addressed this but can't find it. Will SKP send me a new set that doesn't have yellowed lenses? If so, how should I contact them?

Hi Eric,
I had the same problem with a few of my sets, and SKP were very helpful in replacing them, their e-mail address is on their website under "contact us":

Thank you so much Sven. I will give contacting them a try. Itching to get on with my build. Were they quick about it?

Eric

Hi Eric!
I got a pretty quick response from them. If I recall, they did not have a couple of the sets in stock, so they gave me a refund instead.
They did ask me to return the sets with yellowed lenses so they could have a look at them. Not because they mistrusted me, but because they wanted to do their own analysis on the parts.
Hope it goes just as well for you! :-)

They told me the same, just write them and they probably will say you shall send them back for new one if they have it in stock or get the money back... Their new lights are better as they have change how they do them , they told me...

I had the same problem last yr,and they replaced no problem.I received an email from Jane explaining that they had a supplier problem that they corrected(something to do with the way the etch was cleaned before the resin was applied)It was fairly quick and painless though I never received a request to return the old ones( I had sent a pic of how they looked)

Seems to be a rather common occurence? Some old threads about this problem can be found in modelling forums, just do a search.
