I am building the Airfix Morris CDSW Bofors gun Tractor (depicting it as a BEF vehicle). The kit's bridging plate shows a white number '20' on a black disc. Is this correct? I was under the impression that vehicles towing AA or artillery equipment would have had two numbers on the bridging plate ...

The IBG 1/35 scale kits decals of this truck show 10 over 8 in black , on the yellow bridge disc . Does that sound right , truck and gun 10 tons , truck alone 8 ?

Oddly, I cannot find any reference to the Morris CDSW Bofors Gun Tractor in the IBG Models listing.

The IBG kit is the Bedford QLB.
All the photos I can find of the CDSW show either '20' or '8' for just the truck
If '8' is correct for the truck alone then '10/8' could well be right for the combination.

Thanks for the responses..
Evidently, the Bridging Plate would show 7 over 6, but often just the 6. It was also quite common for the yellow disc to be fitted, but without any number at all. I totally misunderstood the Airfix kit decal ... the 20 referred to the vehicle's maximum speed, and was displayed at the rear.
