To take a break from my usual 1/6 figures I'm in the process of kitbashing a 1/35 Fallschirmjager in Crete (Dragon body, arms and legs from 3 different kits, Zvezda 1st pattern jump boots, Hornet head and PE insignia).

I have some PE weapon slings from a Dragon Gen2 kit, and I would like to know how to attach it properly to a MP-40.

Any tips from the experts here are much appreciated!
