Ok this might be a real dumb question but,I will ask it anyway. I paint my armor vehicles in tamiya acrylics, once dry can I use enmels and oils to weather my vehicles without the acrylic paint being attacked?

Yes you can, just make sure Tamiya drys at least 24 hours. Some will add an acrylic clear coat gloss or flat also, but this is more about what type of wash you are doing not about protection.

It would be better if you had a clear coat before doing the weathering. Also take not that some enamel thinners can be very aggressive. I've seen tamiya enamel thinner affect the under coat slightly.

Test first on a small area before going all out

Yes,I have safely used Mig and AK on properly dried Tamiya with no clear coat.
