I noticed this on ebay today. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3171316378&category=2588" TARGET="_blank"> http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3171316378&category=2588 It says it's a Japanese only kit from Tamiya of the Steyr RSO Fully Tracked Tractor and that it is only released in Japan. Is this legit? Is this a rebox of the Italeri kit? Any good?

Yes, it is a rebox job. They added their new fuel drum set to it, too, from the looks of the picture. I thought the original was a gem when I built it years ago.

its just a re-box for the local japanese market be cheaper buying the italeri one and tamiya/academy fuel set I'd only buy it if I were a collector I'm not sure if there is a figure with it the horch has the figure from the steyr 1500 in it

Funny how what is old somehow becomes new again.
This kit has really been around for a long time. Before Italeri (and Testors/Italeri) boxed it and sold it, it was originally sold by Peerless.
I have one of the old Peerless kits -- the instructions are dated 1976. It was kit no. 3512 and came with a Nebelwerfer 41 and crew, plus a driver figure.
