My old booth from plastic tub (similar to the other DIY booth thread on this site) dropped and cracked so it was unusable, also took way too much room from my space.
I had these random stuff lying around and one empty aluminium case.
The lid is spring loaded to keep it open, spring has to be attached when used and cannot be always inplace... too much tension for this contruction, thing to improve on next version.
Also the flip open roof is kept open with 2 screws from the top(front).
Lights and motor is rated 12Volt but are running on 19Volt laptop powersupply atm, works fine.. motor is little loud but the air is moving better too because the higher rpm. PSU gets little hot after hour or two of painting but nothing to be worried about.
Also the exhaust fan is little on the large side, it barely fits down there so that the tube comes ok through the side of the case.
There is 2 switches on the front. Lights and the fan.
I dont have filtering inplace yet, will be added on the steelnet to filter some of the paint.
Exhaust tube will be directed to the open window.
Things to improve in next version as this was just fast "throw it together" type of thing to see if it works at all.
Cleaner look
-> Better side "curtains".
-> Better and cleaner internal contruction
-> Improved usability like the continuous spring load and roof attachment.
More suitable PSU
ps. Tought to post this if someone likes the idea and wants to do similar thing.

That's a nice portable booth for a throw-together. Great work!
