The Tet Offensive was a series of surprise attacks by the Vietcong (rebel forces sponsored by North Vietnam) and North Vietnamese forces, on scores of cities, towns, and hamlets throughout South Vietnam. It was considered to be a turning point in the Vietnam War. this is my attempt to show Tet from the other side

Nice Job on the dio, very nice . Keep in mind Tet was A complete Military defeat for the V C and NVA . the V C were practically destroyed and never really contributed much after Tet . It was ,however, a political victory for them. but militarily they were beaten badly . I'm a VN vet and just wanted to get that in .

A great book on Vietnam is by James S. Robbins, called "This Time We Win". Amazing how we kicked the crap out of the North/VC and our Government pissed it all away. Over 58,000 dead. Such a tragedy.
