Simple question, but I find the answer hard to find;

What kind of radio set was used in (light) recon vehicles in WWII in the German Army?

I'm building a fictional tracked recon vehicle (think sd.250) and I'd like to include a radio set on the vehicle if possible. The smaller the better because space it at a premium, so no big framed radio's etc...

The vehicle is to be used as transport for a (Gefechts)spahtrupp ((combat) recon squad) of 3 to 6 soldiers. Would such a vehicle carry a radio set at all, or would the information be passed on by another specialized vehicle in the platoon?

Many thanks for any useful information!

The Sd.Kfz 221 and 222 carried the FuG Spr Ger a, so as the 231,232 and 263. The 223 had also an additional FuG 10.

The regular 250 had a FuG Spr Ger f, like the bigger 251.
