Getting ready to paint a italian ariete mbt what color would be a good match?what tamiya color matches best????thanks larry

If you're going for the sigle tone camo In my view the best color is the Tamiya's olive drab (XF 62). Once dried just load the airbrush with alchool (must be the PINK ONE you find in supermarkets) and overspray the OD. Surprisingly you'll get exactly the same gray tone of the Ariete. I just discover it by accident dropping some alchool on and OD painted vehicle...
If you go for the three tones camo scheme then go for the Tamiya Nato Green, Nato black end Nato Brown.
