I have a Leopard 2 I want to camouflage but base coat is Testors MM enamel. The two other camo colors I have are Tamiya Acrylics. Should I seal the enamel basecoat with a coat of Future before airbrushing the acrylics?

How long should I let Testors enamel dry before spraying anything over it?

Should not be an issue. Are you using the Tamiya Enamel thinner for Tamiya acrylic? As long as you are airbrushing and not applying it wet, it should not cause an issue.

No thinner, I usually spray them straight out of the jar.

But I should give the Testors basecoat (enamel) several days to dry first?

Yes, I would give a couple of days drying time, especially enamel. I have applied acrylic over acrylic almost right away in the past.
