Hello Modelmakers,
I'm making a winter scene and found a tube of ICE COAT I had. I can't remember how it's used and there are no instructions. I'm worried that if I spray scenic cement and then sprinkle snow, that upon drying, if I brush on ICE COAT, the snow surface will be damaged. I'd like the look of a frozen/icy roadbed next to a powdery snow field and sense that if I brush ICE COAT, I can get that look. Could it be brushed directly on a dry white fiber-based surface material...drying clear to make it look like it's icy hard?
I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks.
