Hi Gang,
I research for my current project, a VBCL VPC from Operation Serval, called Chevalier d`Assas. While I found images on a video, but didn`t know what the VRN of the vehicle. Is there a list of French vehicles with their VRN?

I would guess that it means Vehicle Registration Number (numéro d'immatriculation)

I'm afraid that such a list does not exist, at least as an open source.
However, Chevalier d'Assas also appears on some reports of Bastille Day parade. I'll have to dig into my refs to see if I can help with the number.

I've found a view of Chevallier d'Assas in this video (at 6:06). I guess the VRN could be 6094 0068
Not sure about the last digit though...

Hi Frenchy,
I watched the video over and over. Was not able to get the number. I think 6094 0068 is worth a try. Fantastic eyesight you have!
Merci

Let's hope Olivier will give a definitive answer In the meantime, I'll keep on searching (even though my eyes are not as good as they used to be...)
EDIT : I've came across a picture of the 2012 July 14 parade. You can see #6094 0068 on the right, but I'm not sure it could be Chevalier d'Assas (judging by the marking length on the hull side...)
