Well, I got my kits in from Hobby Easy. I started the launcher last night and I ran into a problem right at step one in the instructions. I have to admit I'm a bit disappointed that the outriggers can only be built in the down position. I'm going to get some brass tubing today and see about building them as a operating part. I don't know, but you might get an answer to your original question if you told us what kit was giving you problems.
