Will Mr. Color Thinner work with oil paints?

Pretty much exactly what the title says. Will Gunze Sangyo Mr. Hobby Mr. Color Thinner work with oil paints? Exactly Winsor & Newton oil paints. I have denatured alcohol and mineral spirits here at home but Mr. Color Thinner is here with me within reach. I pretty much just want to know my options.

No! Mr. Color is a lacquer and will not work with oil paint. Exactly what you need for oils, you have at home - mineral spirits.
