This is my recent build 1/35 Trumpeter BMP-1P soviet army in Afghanistan.
For building this model i got Inspiration of the Mig Jimenez Martin BMP-1
I didn't add any aftermarket set i only add the grenade launcher from old Zevezda kit.

That's a well battle worn BMP !
However, you should fix the track tension on the left side, it is way too loose to be able to run.

Yet another get work. The weathering and worn look is great, especially for the environment of Afghanistan.

Excellent depiction of a very well worn and used looking BMP- the battered and dusty look really works nicely. I have to agree with Olivier about the track tension though.

The decals are way too bright for so worn vehicle.
Besides I don't recall so weathered BMPs in Afghanistan during the Soviet involvement there.
But as the weathering is truly amazing (as well as the photos) I think you could consider a dio of the post 1989 years with it.
