Could get ahold of some Czech toy like easy kits from Monti-system.

I wanted to build an Tatra 815 TP, a so called chinese-six chassis.

First I made an chassis :

Then I took two cab's to make one double cab :

Also had to make an new interior because the supplied one was to short for an double cab ofcourse...

Detailled the engine

Model in parts ready for some paint..

Afther painting

Original model and my conversion next to each other ;

And the finished Tatra

Yesterday I started building a chassis for an 1/48 Tatra 815 VT. Always wanted one, but just as the last one it will involve lots of scratchbuilding...

Yesterday, I assaulted two cabins, and after a bit of a puzzle I suddenly ended up with a double cabin...

After some sanding and detailling, hope you can spot the differences:

And how she looks at the moment :

Did some more work on the Tatra.
Everything is still separate, so if it looks a bit crooked that's why..

I think it 's time to take things apart , making the cabin tight & smooth . And slap some paint on the whole thing.
