That lead humvee looks like it has an RPK as a machine gun.

The soldier on the ground at the first humvee with his back to the camera is definatly carrying an AK of some sort.

well, it looks like these are pics of what was going on as described earlier this year...coalition forces using captured enemy equipment becasue of a shortage of ammo and weapons. I am sorry but I do not have links to the stories..anyone?

The first pic looks like a PKM on the roof, a AGL behind it (either Mk-19 or AGS-17) and the soldier on the ground has a AK of some sort.

The second picture shows what appears to be the humvee from the first pic as the trailing vehicle, in which case it has a AGS-17 on top. The soldier on the ground has a AK of some sort. The first vehicle appears to have a RPK over the soft-top.

This may also be special forces troopies...

These pictures show some of the Macedonian peacekeepers in Taji, Iraq. In fact many pictures of 5th Engineers Webshots photo albums have been taken there (according to the captions).
