Evolution Miniatures recently released two 1/35 scale figures depicting post-apocalyptic Stalkers, scavengers who venture into "The Zone" for different reasons, be it money, scientific information or just to get away from the civilized world. This review covers the first figure, labeled as Stalker, Post-Apocalyptic (EM-35120).

I don't mean to belittle this review or the writer, but as these figures are not military related, I question as to why they are announced and/or reviewed on Armorama I would think being fantasy post-apocalyptic they would belong on Historicus or ModelGeek.

I think the figures lean more to DAYZ then Stalker.

Think guerrilla or freedom fighter and other kind of contemporary irregular fighter from many places in the world. Replace the weapon and there's nothing that says he couldn't be in World War II. Guy in a raincoat with a rucksack.
Ukraine, Balkans, even a more Western looking ISIS fighter with a hoodie rather than a headscarf.
