Set to release in January, 2016.

Also comes in 1/18th scale.
Combined with Large Scale Armory or Peter Samofalov's 1/24 M4 SOPMOD with scope, you will have your own 1/24 modern soldier figure (sort of).
I don't know why the M4 vest pouches are flat though...means lack of ammo. One could use Large Scale Armory's pouches to remedy this.

Those pouches are too small for M4 mags. No to worry, I think LAS's stuff would be perfect for it. Now if only the arms were a little bigger, I'd do it as me...

LSA also makes 1/24 pistols and pistols in holsters, which I see this figure, Mr. Rock, lacks.
The good news is that at least it's wearing a modern tactical load-bearing vest.

I received mine (1/24 version) today from HobbyEasy.
It looks awesome! Molding is very crisp and defined. The figure is single-cast with only the head, arms, and holstered pistol as separate parts.
His vest has pistol ammo pouches and I believe two handcuff pouches in the front. There's also a skinny side belt pouch that appears to only fit a Pepper Spray tube.
What the CAD photos don't show is that the figure IS armed. There's a holstered pistol. The holster is long enough to make me think it's the .357 Dan Wesson PPC revolver Dwayne Johnson carries in the movie. The figure does not have a carbine (like in the movie) and has no ammo pouches to support one.
