Hey guys, I'm looking for 1/48 female figures for a sci-fi project (I'm making Rey from the new Star Wars movie). Now, I know this is armor, but you guys would know better than most if there are any 1/48 female figures out there.
I really like the 1/35 Masterbox Zombie hunter figure, so something along those lines would be great. I'm not looking for buxom bombshells, but rather a figure that looks like a desert scavenger. Though, I can probably adapt something if I need to.
Thanks.

The only thing that comes in my mind is Preiser of Germany. The do a lot of O gauge figures and some figure for architectural models in 1/50 scale.

Not 1/48 but , you might check out 28 mm ( 1/56 ) war gaming figures . Lots of one piece metal , resin or plastic figures as well as multi part plastic box sets covering every imagined type of figure and historical era .

There are these metal figures by El Viejo Dragon: https://redlancers.com/Catalog.aspx?ID=321 Not quite 1/48 as these are 1/43, so they will look like Amazones!

If you look here, 1/48 = 33.5mm
http://theminiaturespage.com/ref/scales.html
The main option for 33.5mm figures is wargaming miniatures. There is an abundance of wargaming miniatures of 32-34mm size.
Try: www.coolminiornot.com for wargaming miniatures and do an individual search each for 32mm, 33mm, and 34mm.

There are also these: http://studiomcvey.highwire.com/products/limited-edition-resin?pagesize=40 which I had forgotten about. Resin, and very well sculpted. 32mm tall and work well with most 1/48 scale figs. I have a couple, but they are a little pricey! The "Jet Girl" is one of my favorites, and so is the girl on the flyer.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. Seems there's a lot more in 1/48 than I thought.
