Hi,
the most important first: Best wishes for the new year 2016 to all of you and your families!
At the moment I´m building Trumpy´s great BRDM-2UM. I like it a lot!
I want to build it as an east german vehicle. Once I read that the east german NVA didn´t have any BRDM-2UM with the initial or the late engine deck layout. So I have to build the medium engine deck from scratch. And this is where the trouble starts: I can´t find any proper pics that show the medium engine deck...
I also have to scratch the box shaped APU that is stowed where the usual BRDM-2 has it´s turret. The APU of the Trumpeter PU-12 / R-145BM serves me as a sample. But I don´t have any photo that showes how the APU is stowed at the top of the vehicle.
I really hope that some of you can help me out!
