Does spraying either gloss or flat Tamiya clear on clear plastic parts hurt them in any way or turn them yellow or anything like that?

I would think it shouldn't, unless the clear has already yellowed in the bottle.

Thanks for the reply.. there's no yellowing in the gloss clear, but the flat clear looks a little cloudy and not completely clear like the gloss one.

Any brand of clear flat will fog clear parts. Always mask them.

Gerald is correct. The gloss will be fine but the flat will frost the glass.

Hi Hisham, if you are interested
Alclad have Armored Glass - very transparent paint for tint glasses. Every time after tamiya clear I sprayed very thin film of this Armored glass and the effect always is superb
