How long to dry between coats?

How long for full dry?

Bottle says 15 minutes!, I find that hard to believe

Its a lacquer right?

The metalizer paints dry super fast. I use the airbrush and paint brush to apply it to a subject model. I also use it for dry brushing highlights.
