Hi! Not to steal Kylie's thunder, but MINIART has just announced their new 2016 Product Catalog. There are two new Pz.III kits, along with the new StuG.III that Kylie mentioned, all of which are based on MINIART's previous Pz.III Ausf.B-D kits. Also shown are new SU-85, SU-100, and two SU-122 kits, Early & Late. There are also two new German Typ.170s, in Army and Civilian guises, along with a host of new Figure Sets in 1/35 and in 1/16 scales. There are also some new dio accessories, and buildings, as well.

MINIART has also announced two new "mystery kits" which show only their Product Numbers, and "NEW TANK". ??? Wonder what these two new subjects will be? Russian? German? British or US? WWII or Post-War???

I'm sure that there will be no end of speculation as regards to what these two new "mystery kits" will be...

The new catalog is posted on several other sites- Cybermodeller's "What's New", and PMMS' "New Kit News", just to name two of them...

That is a pretty sweet catalog. I just wish they had more modern selections in their 1/16 figure series.

I hope they follow up with the A-E series of Stugs with the l24 gun, Tamiya and Dragon's versions do lack detail by modern standards.

That certainly is a list to get excited about, but will we see all of them this year? And will we ever actually see all of them, ever? There are still figure sets and kits announced years ago which have yet to be released!

0-Series? Is that not the experimental prototype version. Would be nice if they released the standard a-e series first.

Hi! Yes, Mr. Sauerteig, you're right!

MINIART may yet do the Ausf.A through Ausf.E StuGs. If they get around to them, IMO, the A-E StuGs would be most welcome within the modelling community...

Also, let me correct myself in relation to what I submitted in my post above- According to MINIART's 2016 Catalog, they will also be doing:

37002 "NEW TANK"
37003 "NEW TANK"
37004 "NEW TANK"

38010 "NEW VEHICLE"
38011 "NEW FIGURES"

Knowing MINIART, I don't think that these new Product Numbers will be just idle "teasers". In addition, the new Armor and Vehicles that they have announced for 2016 will be featuring interiors, according to their descriptions in the new catalog...

Hi, ALL!

Yesterday, I happened upon DRAGON USA's site, (which also carries MINIART) and found that DRAGON USA expects their first consignment of MINIART's new T-44 in March, 2016, with a projected retail price of $61.95, which at this time isn't very far off the mark, as far as retail prices go these days.

Personally, I'm going to wait and see what LUCKY MODELS or the other Hobby Outlets will be charging. Also going to see what some of the vendors on ebay will be charging for this kit.

Also, DRAGON USA has their new M60A2 "Starship" in stock!
